ADDING PLUGINS
To ensure that your drop-down menu works properly you must download the Multi Level Navigation Plugin. Once downloaded, upload the plugin to your server and place it in the “Plugins” folder, located in the wp-content folder (the same place as your Themes folder) Once the plugin folder is uploaded, go to your WordPress admin dashboard, and click on the Plugins menu and activate the plugin. You must do this process for every plugin you install.
Other plugins that I use for my blog which you may find useful are:
- iProtect – protects all the images on your blog from right-click thieves
- Page Links To – Allows you to point WordPress pages to a URL of your choice.
- All in One SEO – Helps you optimize each post for the search engines.
- Sociable – automatically adds links on your posts to your favorite social bookmarking sites.
- Google Analytics – This plugin makes it easy to add Google Analytics to your blog pages
